The PayPal X (Developer Network) team is looking for an Intern-Developer Evangelist that helps lead PayPal’s outreach to the developer community by building sample apps and sample code using PayPal’s Open Payments APIs on a variety of popular platforms and technologies in the industry (Facebook, Twitter, Google App Engine, AWS, YAP, Android, etc...).
As Intern Developer Evangelist, you will be PayPal’s face to the developer community, promoting our open services, cultivating new relationships, and working directly with in-house development teams to develop and improve our developer offerings. You will thrive as a key member of a small team in a startup-like environment with the resources and reach of a global Internet brand where open communication, accountability, and measurable results are key values.
As an intern developer evangelist, you will gain valuable work experience working with highly passionate engineers both inside and outside of PayPal.

Requirements:
• Passionate about technology, open source and open standards
• Read and review technical documentation and provide feedback for improvements
• Strong Computer science fundamentals
• Object Oriented design skills
• Agile development methodologies like Scrum
• Effective present and articulate technical ideas
