Expert HTML/CSS/JS/AJAX coding capabilities.
Expert knowledge of cross-browser capabilities and coding techniques.
Experience with XML and at least one common web application scripting language (PHP, ASP, JSP, etc).
Experience building international web sites and have a solid understanding of localization best practices.
Highly competent with user interface, information architecture principles and the intricacies of web site design for complex information or functionality.
Complete understanding of Web Development oddities, are able to push web browsers to their limits, and are able to bend those browsers to your will.
Expert level knowledge in coding and performance optimizations for both markup and mid-tier applications
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Working with cross functional teams to identify and define solutions that meet customers' needs
Taking strong ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices
Strong passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
Excellent communication and strong written skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
