Certify partner integrations meet specified PayPal integration and contractual requirements

Communicate gaps and work with Integration Engineers, Relationship Managers and Sales teams to resolve. Provide assistance and insight to teams to support partner certification efforts.

Create and enhance documentation that is technically accurate and error-free, and consumable by a variety of audiences (integration engineers, account and relationship managers, sales reps and marketing.) Documentation will include requirements guidelines, "how to" guides and checklists, verification standards and process, training materials, mock-ups, etc. 

Support roll out of certification program updates.

Global Best Practices Integration Program (gBPI)

Perform on-going audits of BPI scores completed by integration teams and account managers across global regions.

Provide detailed reports of issues found to global stakeholders.

Provide assistance and insight to teams to ensure consistency in scoring.

Assist in the development of training materials and guides. Provide training assistance to global teams.

Support rollout of program updates.

Metrics

Compile Monthly channel and Vertical operating metrics, pulling data from a variety of sources including Microstrategy, SalesForce, PayPal Admin Tools, Site Catalyst and reports provided by vendors.

Create ad hoc reports per requests.

Microsites production support

Manage updates to content including making small fixes/changes to existing content, setting up and publishing new content via PayPal's Content Management system.

Understand SEO requirements and ensure all published content is formatted correctly for SEO.

Understand web analytics requirements and ensure all pages are set up properly for Site Catalyst tracking.

Maintain inventory of articles, pages and content.

Data and Tool Integrity

Assist in validating data integrity in tool updates and new feature rollouts.

Provide support for data clean-up efforts.
