·        Design and develop interactive, multi-tiered, web applications that incorporate end-user requirements into existing or new systems

·        Document products and processes including product requirements, architecture and design analysis, functional specifications, use cases, application guides, and/or test cases as needed.

·        Willingness to begin development without fully qualified requirements. 

·        Analysis of business problems leading to architected and implemented solutions.

·        May participate in rotational support after hours as needed

·        3+ years experience developing software solutions using the .NET framework; preferably dealing specifically with ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET and ADO.NET.

·        Windows Forms, Services and .NET 3.0-4.0, specifically WCF, WPF and WF are desirable.

·        Functional knowledge of web services.

·        Functional knowledge of T-SQL.

·        Experience with all tiers of distributed development; database, middle tier/business logic, and front end/presentation layer.

·        Experience with Agile development methodologies
