The PayPal Marketing Operations team is responsible for all onsite Marketing tools plus managing onsite ad placements, guidelines, inventory, calendar, and best practices. The primary job responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Associate include:
Job Qualifications
Liaise with marketing managers to define and document campaign requirements
Work with cross-functional team to ensure that marketing campaigns launch on-time and according to plan
Conduct quality assurance on campaigns before they go live, and monitor performance once they do
Understand dependencies between your campaign efforts and other marketing initiatives (e.g., cross-channel launch plans)
Work closely with database team to understand and document data catalog
Manage and improve key marketing processes
Timely setup and delivery of promotional content and ad banners using Unica Affinium Campaign and custom tools; creating click and conversion tags as needed
Launch and manage operations for interstitial (clickthrough) marketing
Upload JPG & GIF images to content management system
QA and sign-off of email marketing campaigns
Producing Marketing campaign reports using Teradata and internal reporting tools
Maintaining ongoing ad placement calendar and inventory
Ensuring new onsite ad placements are tested prior to launch
Monitoring tools and campaigns to identify and resolve issues
