The Merchandising Programs team is responsible for driving buyer purchases by delivering product recommendations across eBay’s Onsite and Email Marketing channels. This role will focus on creating innovative, results-oriented merchandising throughout key site flows.
The role of the Merchandising Manager will be:
- Developing high impact onsite merchandising plans driven by consumer insights, industry trends, and business strategy
- Identifying merchandising opportunities for priority flows, partnering with site leads and Merch PM and PM to evolve the user experience
- Leading ongoing program management and optimization via a strict test approach
- Partnering with relevant cross-functional teams to define and deliver on a program’s technical, analytic and creative requirements
- Leading the development and publishing of new merchandising content
- Generating and distributing actionable business insight to inform future onsite marketing plans
