- Train, mentor, and manage a team of Network Quality (NQ) analysts
- Carry out NQ related investigations by gathering evidence and performing data analysis
- Identify NQ risks in the affiliate program and put forward proposals and/or policies to address these risks
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners
- Work closely with the Account Managers to communicate with affiliates on policy violations and to resolve disputes
- Work with the legal team on fraud cases and eBay Partner Network policies

- B.Sc. or equivalent degree
- Experienced in working with relational databases with an excellent command of SQL
- Outstanding analytical skills with a good foundation in applied statistics and/or mathematics
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Posses a technical background with an in-depth understanding of the Internet and related technologies
- Experienced in building, mentoring, and managing small teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hard working and detail oriented, with a proven track record in successfully completing projects on schedule
