1.Develop project work plan, schedule, and resource requirements
2.Drive execution of project by working directly with engineering and infrastructure support teams on a day to day basis
3.Measure and monitor project progress to ensure delivery meets expectations
4.Foster open communication between project team members
5.Develop, design, and scope project deliverables by working with project support team.
6.Regularly report status to project steering committee and project team members.
7.Exhibit financial management skill by controlling expenses against budgeted amounts
8.Manage project quality and risks
9.Manage stakeholders' expectations and educational issues
10.Effectively manage issues and risks by identifying mitigation strategies and alternative solutions for consideration
11.Coordinate with members of the business to define and clarify project objectives
12.Evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions that satisfy the customer requirements, project needs, and IT architecture.
13.Provide technical expertise and support to project team members
14.Assist in project task delivery

Education
Bachelor's degree required
Experience
1.Minimum 10+ years of experience in a project management role.
2. Working knowledge of data warehouse & data mart architectures
3.Working knowledge of dimensional and physical data models in an OLAP/ROLAP reporting environment
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5.Must be self-motivated, have a strong team orientation and learn quickly
6.Solid quantitative analytical, process development, facilitation and organizational skills
7.Ability to multi-task
