- Carry out NQ related investigations by gathering evidence and performing data analysis
- Use existing software tools and/or build them to help in carrying out NQ investigations
- Research the latest trends, techniques, and other information related to affiliate marketing in order  to identify potential new NQ threats and opportunities to improve NQ processes
- Write scripts and/or develop software utilities to automate the NQ investigation and reporting    processes
- Maintain existing fraud detection and reporting systems
- Review, revise and propose changes to eBay Partner Network policies to improve NQ performance
- Provide general technical guidance to the Affiliate Marketing

- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent understanding of the Internet and related technologies, e.g. LAMP, HTTP, etc.
- Strong scripting skills with experience in PHP, Python, Perl, or other scripting language
- Experience setting up and administering UNIX or Linux systems
- Excellent understanding and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Browsers (IE, Firefox), Web Servers (Apache), and the HTTP protocol
- Outstanding debugging skills
- Experienced in working with relational databases with an excellent command of SQL
- Outstanding analytical skills with a good foundation in applied statistics and/or mathematics
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
