About  the role
The Head of FP&A will report to the CFO and will be responsible for leading all planning and reporting activities for Shopping.com, and driving business analysis efforts. S/he will work closely with senior management across all functions and will be a key member of the decision making team.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Drive the development of budgets, detailed business plans, and forecasts, with management teams and business units.  Make strategic recommendations for optimizing financial impact.
· Monitor progress against plan, and ensure that operating infrastructure is in place to achieve financial targets.
· Support business decisions by tracking trends and metrics, and delivering insights on financial and business performance.
· Develop and manage financial reporting and analysis, including analysis of programs such as profitability analysis, payback analysis, project tracking, head count and capital expenditure analysis, as well as the month-end close.
· Lead ad-hoc analysis projects that deliver key insights for making critical business decisions.
· Provide guidance on financial issues, business proposals, policies and operating practices affecting the organization. 
· Oversee the development and implementation of long term financial targets aligned with the organization’s strategic plans.
· Develop and champion operating mechanisms to scale FP&A processes with company’s growth.
· Lead and develop a team of financial analysts.  Management capabilities to develop direct reports.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a proven background in financial management, exceptional leadership and management skills, process expertise, and demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
