The Global Billing Integration Manager shall play a key role in the Global Billing and Payments business unit by driving integration strategy, ensuring smooth rollout of products, facilitating the integration and on-boarding of eBay’s adjacencies onto the Global Billing and Payments platform, and managing these client relationships. This individual will gain exposure to many areas of the company and the eBay Marketplaces executive team, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic integration plans for the group.
This position requires heavy interaction with global Product Management, Product Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Billing and Payment Operations, Analytics and Metrics, Process Management, Optimizations, Audits and Controls, Customer Support, Collections and Finance teams. In addition, this position will act as a liaison and customer advocate for eBay’s, Inc’s group companies who have integrated into the Global Billing and Payments platform.

· Playing the key role in on-boarding eBay, Inc’s groups companies onto the Global Billing and Payments platform, ensuring smooth integration and on-going business operations
· Support client management function in developing and maintaining report cards, KPIs and metrics for monthly/quarterly business reviews with the objective of increasing client satisfaction ratings
· Successfully perform detailed analysis of complex payment or billing issues and effectively present business cases for new initiatives to clients which enhance the customer experience or provide insights into new revenue opportunities
· Working closely with the global billing management teams to prioritize initiatives and proactively develop product requirements
