Candidates must have a Bachelors degree; and an advanced degree is preferred. SHRM qualification or equivalent also preferred.
Qualified candidates will have at least 12 years of HR experience with deep expertise in the areas of organizational behavior, change management, business planning, policy implementation, people strategy development and program management.

• Thought leader in global HR trends; knowledge of HR trends in the industry
