Job Description

People Strategy & Org Effectiveness •Engage in BU strategy assessment, contribute to BU strategy to identify appropriate resources, reflect & raise concerns around delivery capabilities •Facilitate effective people strategy development discussions with mgmt team & support mgrs in forecasting & planning talent pipeline within BU strategy •Provide expertise for org design & development •Oversee implementation of defined HR strategies into regionally / locally action plans, liaise & consult with COEs to achieve BU needs•Measure progress to ensure HR investments made by the BU deliver value•Manage specific projects as determined in HR ops plan & participate in functional & cross-functional Initiatives


Change Leadership
& Coaching
•Coach individual BU leaders to increase performance & ensure a strong leadership & coaching culture •Anticipate change, influence & support org change; call out impacts & need to plan for it, design & apply change mgmt 

Escalation Handling &
Sr Exec ER
•Liaises with BU & HR Leadership to resolve complex issues•Supports recruiting, interviewing, & selection processes; employee sep process for sr level•Oversees HR policies & services liasing with HRSS, ensures compliance with local legislation & regulatory reqs

Job Qualifications

Excellent client management skills; Strong business acumen - extensive knowledge of the business, understand market trends, competition, company policies/procedures & culture; Strategic agility and thinking - how the organization can perform and win, can develop competitive HR strategies & plans linked to the business strategy, ability to operationalize; Deep HR expertise including org behavior, change mgmt, business planning, policy implementation & communication, people strategy development, resource mgmt, and program mgmt; Ability to build partnerships with exec level, mid-level mgrs, and front-line teammates; Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, & stakeholder mgmt skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Thought leader in global HR trends;Team player 
 

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree. Operations experience preferred but not required.
 

Qualified candidates will have at least 12 years of HR experience, with no less than 5 years in a generalist capacity interfacing and influencing at the executive staff level. In-depth Compensation experience (position analysis/leveling, comp program design) and training experience (designing and delivering programs) is also highly desired.
