Job Description

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for the tracking, execution, and analysis of our marketing programs. Areas of emphasis will include consumer and merchant programs, as well as email, web, and call center channels. Responsibilities will include the creation and maintenance of appropriate MIS, list management, incentive execution support, program P&L creation, and ad hoc analysis.

Job Qualifications

1.     Develop and execute reporting related to strategy and analysis for Consumer Marketing Campaigns which can utilize email, web, and call center channels. Serve as the single point of resolution for internal customer requests for marketing related data. 
2.     Develop and maintain cross functional proficiency within selected departments, including Consumer Marketing, Aspect Dialer product information within Risk Operations, Customer Service, and Credit.
3.     Execute program analysis, develop P&L’s and other consumer insights.
4.     Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems and activities to prevent monetary losses as they relate to product functionality.
5.     Research and resolve inquiries verbally, in writing, and on-line.
6.     Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
7.     Responsible for attending ongoing training and developing knowledge in all areas of the department as well as industry knowledge relating to small businesses, risk management and on-line business practices.
8.     Perform related duties as assigned.
