1. End to End optimization – The manager will be responsible for driving the optimal implementation and execution of the end-to-end detection decision strategy. Develop and test new optimization algorithms and solutions. This requires the manager to develop expert knowledge on the decisioning solutions, as well as the existing decision system’s design, strength and limitations. S/he will develop the framework for optimization and provide strategic leadership in understanding challenges and opportunities.
2. Consult with cross functional team to identify the optimal way to deploy risk decisioning solution, provide insight into potential opportunities, or threats.
3. Ensure accurate implementation of risk decision solutions, while supporting their utilization and monitoring

Mathematics or the mathematical field (e.g., physics, statistics, engineering)
Must have strong analytical skills.
Experience involving optimization, statistics, or computer programming
Knowledge on Predicative Modeling, data mining and analytical tool
Experience with Object-oriented computer programming (Java and/or C++) is desirable.
