Responsible for the design of logical and physical database models. Support the development efforts for one or multiple diverse types of large database systems. Perform requirements analysis, data modeling and database engineering functions for relational database system(s). Identify and resolve problems in databases with a minimum of guidance and direction and be familiar with software development methods. Develop DDL, implement databases, tune databases and related software applications. Test and configure management of database objects. Implement database changes. Provide operational support to databases. Act as a project member on various projects, including a supporter or consultant on the RASCI model. Configure databases, install software, provide guidance in technical meetings, define standards and assist/provide status updates. Attend project meetings and implementation of new features and tasks. Work in a team environment.

Job Requirements 

1)    Working with PD architects/developers to review new DB related features, schema design, object structure, data flow, and sql statements.

2)    Managing object level statistics

3)    Responsible for working with engineering team to implement and enforce database standards.

4) Responsible for working with engineering team on infrastructure projects.
