Job Qualifications
Education Highschool Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience One (1) to two (2) years of customer facing experience in a service or retail environment, collections experience preferred Willingness to work a full-time, flexible schedule within center hours from Monday-Saturday (2 evenings until 10pm) Open to starting a career with us in our high-volume Phone Contact Center to learn our business operations what we do, and how we do it.
