Job Description

 

Manage QA functions for various teams in the Global Product development group.  Provide technical leadership for delivery items.  Provide strategic direction to the QA teams in various locations.  Oversee delivery activities.  Review prioritization and roadmap with Business Units.  Coordinate with offshore teams on a regular basis to share information on product and organization and to enable timely delivery of QA deliverables.  Provide, design, organize training programs for continuous update of team’s skills.  Work in a team environment.

Job Qualifications

Experience must include the following: managing QA functions/teams; web architecture and methodologies; databases/database queries; web payments/financial sector (banks)/credit card payments; QA processes/planning, metrics and methodologies; software development life cycle and scrum methodology; QA automation and automation tools;J2EE technologies; programming experience a plus. Must have worked closely with Product management and product development for defining Quality goals and metrics. 
Bachelors, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline and a minimum of 10+ years related experience in related field, or Master’s and 8+ years, or PhD and 6+ years. Three (3) years experience in the job offered.
