Compliance Manager to support PayPal's activities in South America, Africa, and middle east.  Responsible for ensuring that PayPal's policies and practices are in compliance with local AML laws and other regulations impacting financial safety and soundness.  Enable the business to move forward by creating processes to ensure compliance with the law.
