Directly manage a team of Bill Me Later, Inc. Customer Support Associates and provide appropriate coaching, feedback and development. This includes performance management, corrective action and career development. Browse work queues and ensure queues are up to date and properly managed Actively participate in interview and selection process of new Associates Assist with implementation and process of letter campaigns Review correspondence received from e-mail and messaging campaigns along with results Responsible for timesheets, schedules, and payroll including night coverage, and other scheduling functions such as vacation reporting Ensure staff's compliance with FDCPA. Assist with floor questions and be a leader by example Interface regularly with customers, merchants, and other functional areas of the business. Develop new ideas and test to challenge existing collections processes and make recommendations for improvement to the management team. Ensure all collection related reports are completed on a timely basis
Job Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience Minimum 3-5 years collection's experience. Demonstrated leadership skills. Prior experience in policy and procedure development and implementation. Schedule flexibility to include nights and weekends Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in an extremely fluid and dynamic work environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications. In depth knowledge of MS Windows/Office. Project management experience.
