Role:
Skype is looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Sales Manager to join our North American team. Skype is offering a green field opportunity with huge potential for growth.
Your responsibilities will be:
Sell online ad campaigns on all Skype properties.
Develop relationships with top-tier interactive advertising agencies and direct clients.
Develop and execute sales plan including prospecting, sales and retention activities.
Identify new opportunities for Skype's advertising business including new ad formats targeting capabilities and bundled programs.
Provide insights and updates to business leadership on advertising performance.
Negotiate and close deals

Experience Required:
8 yrs of Ad, Sales, or Marketing related experience
4 yrs+ of specific online Ad Sales experience
Strong existing relationships with online advertising agencies & online marketers
Proven expertise in negotiating and closing deals.
Tenacity and drive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An articulate and confident presentation style.
A history of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue target.
Expertise analyzing and creatively responding to advertiser's RFPs
